Most creators are stuck in a weekly scramble: wake up, panic about what to post, spend two hours writing something mediocre, repeat. The fix is not posting more. It is posting from a stockpile you build once a month in a single focused session.

This is the exact system I use. You block four hours, follow the steps below, and walk out with 30 days of content ready to schedule. After that, posting is just hitting publish.

Before you sit down

Gather three things the night before:

Your last 5 top-performing posts (screenshots or notes on what did well)
A running list of questions you get asked often — DMs, comments, client calls
3 results you've gotten recently, for yourself or a client (numbers, outcomes, wins)

That list is your content brief. You're not starting from a blank page — you're remixing proof you already have.

The session (4 hours, 4 blocks)

Block 1 — Angles (45 min)

Open ChatGPT or Claude. Paste this prompt and fill in the brackets:

I create content for [your audience] about [your topic].
Here are 3 results I've gotten recently: [paste your wins].
Here are questions I get asked often: [paste your questions].
Give me 30 content angles — a mix of:
- things I know that they don't
- mistakes they're making
- tools or shortcuts that save time
- proof and results
- opinion takes that might spark debate
Each angle is one sentence. No hooks yet, just the idea.

Pick your best 20. Delete the rest.

Block 2 — Hooks (60 min)

For each of your 20 angles, write 2 hook options. A hook is the first line — the only thing that decides whether someone stops scrolling or doesn't.

The four hooks that always work:

The result: "I booked 3 clients this week without a single cold DM. Here's what I did instead."
The mistake: "Most [your audience] are wasting time on [thing]. Do this instead."
The number: "5 tools I use every day to run my business in 2 hours."
The take: "Unpopular opinion: [your take that most people disagree with]."

Write fast. You're generating options, not perfecting. Pick the stronger hook for each angle and move on.

Block 3 — Bodies (90 min)

Write the body of each post. Aim for 3 to 7 short paragraphs or a tight bullet list. The format that performs on every platform:

Hook (line 1)
One sentence that sets up the payoff
The actual value — steps, list, story, or proof
One-line close that tells them what to do or think next

Use AI to draft, but rewrite in your voice. If it sounds like a LinkedIn post from a robot, cut it and start over. Short sentences. No filler. Never start a sentence with "In today's fast-paced world."

Block 4 — Schedule (45 min)

Drop all 20 posts into your scheduler (Buffer, Later, Metricool, or just a Notion calendar). Space them out — every other day gives you 40 days of runway. Assign formats: carousel, single image, reel, text-only. Done.

What to reuse

Every post that performs gets recycled. If something breaks 10k views or gets a wave of saves, add it back to the queue in 90 days with a fresh hook. Good content is not one-time-use. The people who see it in round two are mostly different from round one.

The rule

You only create content during the monthly session. The rest of the month you schedule, engage, and sell. Posting from scratch every day is how you stay busy and broke. Posting from a stockpile is how you stay visible without losing your mind.
